Who Are Wiz?

Wiz Training and Development Ltd is a training and management consultancy operated by Keith Crampton.

Keith has worked extensively as a training consultant in the Private, Public and Voluntary sector. He has over 22 years experience as a Trainer and Coach and as a Training Manager, working in both Local Government and the NHS. Keith also has experience of working with major commercial training Organisations.

Skilled in the design and delivery of a wide range of management and personal development programmes he has an enthusiastic and fun approach coupled with a focus on achieving real improvements in individual and organisational performance.

Keith is able to facilitate at a strategic level and train at all levels in an organisation. He is a specialist in Customer Service and Customer Service Centre Training and has a particular interest in Organisational change and the design and introduction of Performance Management processes.

He has trained in Local Authorities in North America and Africa.
Keith is a Chartered member of the CIPD, an NLP Master Practitioner & Business Practitioner and a qualified Executive Coach and Leadership Mentor.

Wiz Training can provide a wide range of Training and Development services, from courses and workshops to seminars or one to one coaching sessions.

Keith and his team also have extensive experience of working with a wide range of commercial organisations and can provide parallel services designed to meet the needs of your specific organisation.

The decision about who does the work is done in consultation with you on the basis of knowledge, experience and ‘best fit’.

As well as major corporates such as BT, American Express, Body Shop, Comet, and Excel Keith has worked with small and medium sized organisations from a Garden Centre to a Motorway recovery organisation. Wiz was initially formed as part of a partnership providing Business Skills Training to new businesses.
